We woke up when Colin came downstairs about 7:00, and Logan quickly let us know he was awake, too. He still isn't feeling himself. I started breakfast for them, then began on a long day of baking for the church dinner tomorrow. I made three pecan pies, eight loaves of bread, and a pan of rolls. Yesterday I made a batch of molasses cookies. They were a real hit with the boys. Colin said, "These are my favorites!" Colette came for a little bit about one, and made a cake. Then she left for a wedding she was singing in. Matt came about 5 and picked up the boys.
Johnny worked lots of the day on leveling the dirt we spread around the deck, and got the grass seed planted and the sprinkler on. He says we still need more seed though. Hope it grows. It was a beautiful fall day.
